Set User Availability in the Admin Portal

As an admin - I need to set the availability of users of Spoke Phone As an administrator of Spoke, I need the ability to set the availability of users which use a handset, which is connected to their app on their computer. If they are away unexpectedly (and with covid and sickness heightened at the moment is happening a lot), then we are unable to login to their computer and update their availability status on the app on their windows desktop). Hence needing the ability to do this from an administrative login.

When I am in Salesforce or Gmail and I click to dial a number, it would be great to open the menu in Spoke that lets me select the CallerID I want to use, or to actually send an SMS not make a call.

Search Call History in the App

In the Spoke app, I need to be able to search/filter my call history to quickly find what/when I talked to people. Ideally I should be able to enter the last four digits of a number, and see all calls to that number. Or enter an email and see all by that email, or a name or partial name. etc.

Call Waiting

Allow call waiting on incoming calls on direct calls and also on queues. For sales teams, incoming calls from marketing campaigns are higher priority than outgoing call calls so being able to put the other call on hold to answer the incoming call is key for sales teams.
