Warm Transfer Screen Caller Info

Currently, when a team member does a warm transfer/announce and transfer, the original caller's phone number is displayed.
This causes confusion with the person the call; is transferred to as there is no indication at this point that this is a transfer.
Can we please change that screen so a warm transfer indicates that it is so?

Hi, the Spoke Phone app already displays that a call is being warm transferred, and who (customer's name or number) that it is being transferred from.
See the screenshots below. I would love to see what you are NOT seeing on your app.
