View team availability while a call is incoming

Desktop app: We would like to see who is available for calls while the phone is ringing, as opposed to the app being filled with the incoming call information. This would let us as managers see if there were people to take the call, or do we need to answer it.

Hi Mark, this is an interesting request.
Can you explain a little more about the problem you're trying to solve for?
If I hear you correctly. you get offered a call, but you want to see who else could have or should have been offered that call? For what reason, so you can choose to ignore it or some other reason?

Hey Jason, sorry for the delay - yes, so staff can choose to ignore it if another team member is available, but also so managers can see the call and view who is available/busy at the time and answer if needed.
