Translation in real time

Hi, I am a Sales Advisor for Redfin. I take inbound calls and make outbound calls daily. Sometimes I take calls where the client would prefer a different language. I would love to be able to essentially "Google Translate" talk with them in real time to better understand and assist with their needs. Even if it's not perfect, it would be a big help!

Hi Christine, thanks for the note.
We are adding support for real-time transcription as part of our AI Assistant plans, however we had not thought about real-time translate - that is a really interesting concept.
I am not sure about how effective it would be however.
I am interested to understand how you get calls from people that speak a language that is not part of your skill set. Normally the skills-based routing would route calls to people with those language skills.
Can you elaborate when you get these calls and how, e.g. is it mostly inbound or outbound or both.
I can see you making call and the person wanting to speak Spanish say. I guess you could transfer them to the Spanish Team?
