Set ANI/CallerID & Options to Call or Message on the tel:URI

We use the tel:// URI schema to invoke Spoke Phone calls from our CRM.
We would like the ability on the tel: URI: to also:
- Set which CallerID/ANI numbers customers see when the call is made
- Have an option to have Spoke send a message not place a call
Eg:
- tel:<e164>?callerID=<e164>
- tel:<e164>?sms=true
- tel:<e164>?callerID=<e164>@sms=true
