I want my team to be able to send WhatsApp messages to customers and prospects from Spoke Phone. We should be able to select an approved WhatsApp template in Spoke Phone, and send it to someone on WhatsApp. If they reply, the rely should come back into Spoke Phone like a normal message.

We have already launched inbound WhatsApp messages with our new Team Inbox feature, that allows customers to send WhatsApp messages to your Teams on Spoke Phone, and those teams can reply from Spoke Phone to WhatsApp.
We are now actively working on outbound WhatsApp, which will allow any user to create an outbound WhatsApp message to a WhatsApp user from Spoke Phone.
