Restricted Contacts | Personal/Individual Phone Books

Today Spoke has the Shared Company Contacts phone book, but some customers have suggested they want a Personal Phone book.
Which of the two following Personal Phone Book approaches do you want?
Personal Contacts Phone Book
- Contains contacts a User adds/maintains on the app
- Managed by the User (add/edit/delete)
- No Personal Contacts are seen by any other user or by the company
- Personal Contacts (adds/edits/deletes) are synced to the User's other Spoke (e.g. desktop, mobile, iPad.)
Private Company Contacts Phone Book
- Contains contacts in a connected CRM or database
- Managed by the company
- Users only see contacts they are allowed to see (based on the CRM's security/contact access rules)

'Restrict access to some contacts' has been merged into this idea
