Purpose & Benefits: - Allow users to quickly and easily flag suspicious SMS messages without leaving the app. - Automatically submit the flagged message and details to Spoke support for review and blocking. - Reduce the risk of users interacting with malicious links or attachments by providing a clear, built-in reporting path. - Support organizational training initiatives by making the process simple and consistent across all clinics.
