Public Holiday Schedules activate office hours

I was wondering if there was a way, we could forecast public holidays and have them automatically activated to set the office as closed for that day without manual interaction. It may be possible if a holiday schedule was run in parallel which holidays could be date activated. Could be an idea which you could forward to your R&D department to consider

Hello Jaddon, thanks for the note.
We are adding an Availability API that allows this to occur.
In the meantime, customers are using our inbound call data action to check 3rd party scheduling databases before sending calls to users., or to play open and closed greetings etc.
