Persistant Always On-Top Incoming Call Popup with Accept / Deny Buttons

Calls are being missed by our staff using the spoke desktop app because the current visuals and audio are not adequate in ensuring calls are answered. The existing temporary popup notification that appears is often missed, and the spoke app stays in the background. If users opting for headphones take them off and miss the temp popup, they don't see/hear that their phone is ringing.

Further to this, if users hear their phone ringing, they have to find/navigate to the spoke task bar tab and click it first to be able to answer the call. A Persistant Always On-Top Incoming Call Popup with Accept / Deny Buttons has been in important feature in the last two phone apps we have used, and it's sorely missed in the Spoke phone app, and is a big pain point. Thanks very much.

We are about to release a persistent desktop notification with action buttons :Answer/Decline) for Windows users, which will solve your issues.
On a Mac, it's a little more limited, in that you achieve this by setting Spoke Notifications in your Mac Preferences, to be Persistent. On a Mac we cannot however show the action buttons on the notification, you have to roll over the notification to see the buttons, or simply click the notification to answer.
