More call information in App

Show me record of incoming calls and who picked up right from the Spoke App. Currently we have the online portal to look at reports that way. Which is not a bad thing, but it would be more user-friendly if we have access to call records straight from the app.

Thanks for the product request.
The issue we run into with that is one of security and who is allowed to view calls.
How do you think about this in terms of security. Should all users be allowed to see all calls, who should be able to see which calls, etc? It gets quite complex - am interested in your thoughts.
As part of our call queues, call waiting etc. roadmap, it may be the logocal place to implement this - in that, if a User has rights to calls in a Q, they have rights to the Q history, as an example.
