Allow App Users to mark the "red" calls as "already handed" and changing them to black.
It's very confusing when we already handled the call, and it still appears as "red" when customers called more than once.

Thanks for this product feedback.
We've been thinking about the best way to implement this.
Right now, if a Team you are has a missed call, everyone in that team see's that missed call.
If one of the Team call back that missed call, everyone in the team see's thatcher the call has been returned.
The problem is that:
1) If the customer has more than one missed call - only the call that was returned is cleared (marked as returned), so there could be one or more calls prior to that that remain red
2) If you don't call the customer from the missed call (say you call them from their profile or dialpad), it does not clear the missed call.
Item 2 makes some sense as you could be calling about another topic, so it's hard to automate as it will not suit all cases.
Item 1 is a change we need to make, so that if you return a missed call, it clears all other missed calls from that number. Which is easy enough, except when you realize that multiple people from a customer can call you from the same number.
Interested in your thoughts.
