Spoke Phone Ideas

My team of Spoke users have requested the option to choose their ringtone from a few different options. Adding variety to the available ringtones would be very useful as my team members hear the same ringtone so often that they report hearing "phantom ringing" when off duty. It would also be great to have some additional accessibility options, like changing the ringer volume separately from the computer speaker volume or having it flash on the screen without using sound. A couple Spoke users on my team have sensory issues, and the ringtone for calls can be quite disruptive to their daily workflow and adds stress to their days.
