Email notification option for Missed Calls

Spokephone currently has an option to send an email notifications for new voicemails, but doesn't appear to have a similar option for Missed Calls. (RingCentral has this by default)
Also, finding the the voicemail notification setting within the administration area was somewhat difficult. Perhaps a dedicated "Notifications" section could be helpful?

We will put it on the roadmap. Feedback from others has been that this causes email overload when you're part of a lot of call groups. For missed calls you get a notification to your phone/desktop etc, and a persistent bubble in the app on call history. I'd like to understand why those notifications are not enough already?
In terms of a solution you could do now, is to use the Spoke Webhooks to listen to the call events "Missed call", and fire an email to your ticketing system, a notification into Slack, etc. Check out the developer documents here.

A good tool may be Zapier for this if you don't have a dev team that can set this up for you.
