Large organizations often have very specific setups but there's generally a decent amount of overlap between teams. It would be a great efficiency if we had the ability to duplicate an existing team rather than starting from scratch. This would mean you could make minor adjusts, like adding or removing a specific user, but keep all other settings the same. The current state requires starting from scratch each time which can be cumbersome.
