We need the ability to delete images / pictures within SMS messages for compliance reasons.

Ideally as a Spoke Phone Administrator I would have setting for the account, such as:

We can achieve this now using Twilio settings, so if you want to do this contact the Spoke Phone Professional Services team. We will also look to make this a setting in our HIPAA compliance bundle.
