Change the default inbound call ring on desktop

The current inbound call notification sound is not loud enough in a busy office environment. We want the ability to change the sound to something like on mobile phones, so we can ensure our users hear the sound in time to pick it up.

Thanks Tom, there are actually several parts to this request that we are planning.
1) External ringtone - the ring sound your app makes when a customer rings you
2) Ringing ringtone - the ringing sound you as a user hears when making a call out (needs to support UK, EU, AU/NZ, USA, Japan, etc. ring patterns)
3) Pre-connect one - a tone that is not a ring, that fills the gap of any post-dial delay caused by slow network connectivity.
