We have a lot of trouble with spam calls and log the numbers. We would love the option of being able to add numbers to a block list. Thank you

Hi Amy, yes this is a global problem.
This can be achieved now using our Inbound Call Data Action.
As calls come into Spoke, you can look up a list. (Say on Google Sheets or a database), and block the call from being delivered.
We eventually may add this is a native feature in the account portal.
