This is a proposal for two key features around answering machine automation for the purpose of improving productivity within a call centre.
1. If Spoke could detect an answering machine and auto deliver a pre recorded message
2. If staff could also push a recorded message should the answering machine detect not function
On completion, wrap up could be automated based on the above, notes could be automated and next call could be supplied without staff having to click so many buttons or write anything.
