Analytics - Report on transferred calls
Currently, there is no way in analytics to identify calls that are initially answered, transferred to another party (call group or user), then not subsequently answered by the transferee. Currently these calls are identified as "answered" even though the final outcome of the call should be treated as "missed".
Ideally Spoke would support reporting by call segment, so that we can see calls that are not answered by second call groups or users.
This also applies to calls that roll over from Group A to Group B.
