All notifications stop when offline or in vacation mode

Right now, phone calls are paused when you're in vacation/offline mode, but SMS notifications still pop up. When in vacation mode or offline mode, all notifications should be paused - SMS and calls.
All of our team works in Spoke Phone on their personal mobile devices, so getting notifications when they're not working or out of office is annoying.
