Ability to pick-up other incoming calls (Pickup/Park)

I work in an office of multiple people (that isn't a call centre), where phone calls can come in at the same time. Say some of the colleagues are away from their desks, I think that there should be a button or pop-up appear to give other colleagues the ability to pick-up the call on their own Spoke Phone headset/app. As currently the system doesn't seem to have this ability that I can find.

What you are referring is call pickup and park. The good news is that we are adding several features in this area.
By the end of 2023, we are planning to release the following advanced capabilities:
- Call waiting
- Call pickup and park
- Queues for calls and messages (chat, SMS, WhatsApp)
- Monitor, Bargh, and Whisper
- Delegate
- Operator Console for Receptionists
