What's New?
Until now, if you needed multiple people on a customer conversation, you were working around the system. Group Messaging fixes that.
🚀 Group Messaging - Better Group Conversations
- True group conversations for US participants: When sending from a US/Canada Number (+1), create real group conversations where all participants can see each other and reply to everyone at once, just like everyday messaging apps.
- Team coverage on every conversation: Add internal team members to any conversation while presenting a single, professional business number to customers. Perfect for handoffs, team coverage, and coaching.
- Multiple conversations with the same contacts: External participants can now belong to multiple different conversations simultaneously. Have both 1:1 messages and group conversations with the same contact, or include them in different groups with different participant combinations. No more "contact already in use" limitations.
- Streamlined Group Creation: Add all your participants and select your number before sending in one simple flow. Faster, simpler, and less room for error.
- Straight Forward Guidance: The Spoke app shows you which contacts can be added to a group based on your sending number, and tells you why others can't be included.
- Behaves and feels like standard group texting: Powered by the same reliable MMS technology used in native phone group messaging, ensuring consistent delivery and a familiar experience.
