Set Call Recording Rules By User & Additional Recording Options

Administrators now have the ultimate control over what kind of calls get recorded, and for which users. We've released two main changes to the way Spoke Phone call recording works:

  1. Administrators now have more granularity (options) over what calls are recorded, and;
  2. Administrators are now able override the company default call recording rules, and set different rules on a user-by-user basis.

There are three new call recording available at both the company level (defaults), and at the user level:

Administrators can activate call recording overrides, or leave it off and force every user to abide by the company defaults.
