See and Change User Availability from the Admin Console

As a company Administrator, you can now see and change a user's availability from the Spoke Phone Account Management Portal.

You can see the current Presence (status) and Availability of users by visiting the Manage Users table.

And you can toggle a User's availability between Available and Offline.
