Resend Undelivered Messages
In some circumstances messages, (SMS, WhatsApp, Chat), can fail to send and get stuck with Sending... shown under the message in the Spoke Phone App.
This error can be because you lost internet connectivity while sending, the Upstream Carrier may not have been accepting messages at that time, your phone may have stopped the use of background services because your phone's battery was low, and a number of other factors.
As the first release for 2024, the Spoke Phone engineering team has introduced a new feature, the Resend.
If a message has been stuck in the "Sending..." state for five minutes or more, a new Resend link shows allowing you to resend the message to the carrier.
