Foundational Work for User-Level Entitlements and Feature LicensesWe’ve laid the groundwork for upcoming feature licenses and user-level entitlements. These foundational updates will enable better control over feature access for specific users.
Internal Improvements and Bug FixesThis release includes various performance improvements and bug fixes that enhance platform stability and performance.
New Organisation ID in Webhook EventsWe've added an organisationId attribute to webhook events. This provides more context in events and will be useful for developers integrating with our platform.
Enhanced Call Recording ObjectsThe call recording objects now include two new attributes:
Call Hub Enhancements in preparation for the General Availability of CallHub
Maximum Calls Display in CallHub:The maximum number of calls for your CallHub is now visible on both the "My CallHub" and voicemail pages. This feature is currently only visible to customers participating in the CallHub BETA program.
Incoming Call Priority Visibility on iOS – Bug Fix:We've fixed an issue that caused visibility problems with incoming call priority on iOS devices. The experience is now consistent across platforms. This only affected customers participating in the CallHub BETA program.
Call Priority Respecting EntitlementsCall priority visibility (in CallHub) now adheres to entitlements governed by a Call Hub license. By default, users will not see call priority unless their license includes this entitlement (to see call priority).
API Changes: Developers using webhook events or call recording features should review the new attributes (organisationId, mimeType, and channels) to ensure existing integrations are working as expected.
CallHub License and Features: Users participating in the CallHub BETAS program may notice changes in call priority visibility, which now depends on specific licensing entitlements. IT administrators managing licenses should ensure the appropriate entitlements are assigned to the correct users.
