What's New?
As part of the ongoing phone book and secure contact feature set for regulated companies or companies with strict lead/contact access in their CRM (e.g. banks, healthcare, finance, insurance, sales teams, etc.), we've introduced a new set of features that hide customer names and other details if a customer happens to call an employee that does not have access/rights to see those customer details.
- Improved Contact Display: The names of Company-Assigned contacts (contacts with restricted access) now only display a number for both incoming and outgoing calls if that customer calls a Spoke user who has no visibility / access / eligibility to see that contact in your CRM/customer database.
- Enhanced Call Screens: Contact names are now hidden across Incoming Call, On Call, and Call Hub screens
- API Enhancement: Company-assigned contacts can now be returned as the
assignedContact in call webhook events and Call API responses
- Bug Fix: Resolved issue preventing calls to company contacts from the Messages screen
Action Required
- No Action Needed: These improvements are automatically applied to your account.
