Fix for Call History Display on Missed Calls via IVR and Redirect API
Summary
We've resolved an issue where missed calls routed through the Spoke IVR or Redirect API to a user’s extension were not appearing in call history, if the user was unavailable or busy at the time of the redirect.

Call History for Missed CallsCalls routed to user extensions through the Spoke IVR or Redirect API will now appear in the call history even if they are missed due to user unavailability or a busy status.
