File share and MMS now in GA for all customers
Spoke has released file sharing (images, documents, etc.) for Internal Chat and external customer SMS. This includes the sending and receiving of MMS to/from customers, and sending images and business documents between employees. See: Business Chat, SMS, and File Sharing.
