- Customizable Failed Messages: Organizations can now override the default "Failed" message when SMS messages fail to deliver, with custom text to provide more helpful context to users
- Improved Default Message: We've updated the standard failed delivery message from "Failed" to "Failed due to OptOut, DND, or other issues. Try later or check profile." for better clarity
- Flexible Configuration: Failed message customization can be set at Global, Partner, or Organization levels

- No Action Needed: The improved default message is automatically applied to all accounts.
