In support of Spoke AI and Spoke CallHub Beta customers, we've released a new version of the Spoke Phone App today (9.18.0) and the Spoke core platform, containing the following changes.
Call Hub - Beta Customers:
- Spoke Phone CallHub is now available on both desktop and mobile apps (Android, iOS, MacOS, Windows).
- CallHub requires version 9.18.0 (this version) or above.
- Various speed and visual improvements plus bug fixes for CallHub interactions.
Known issues still to be addressed in a future release (will be resolved before GA):
- CallHub tab bar badge count is not refreshed on app start. The user has to navigate to the CallHub page for the updated badge count.
- Mismatching top bar colour on Android when the CallHub waiting status bar is visible.
- A small visual glitch on the bottom tab bar when parking or connecting to a call.
- On some Android phones, the cross mark on the reject button is not vertically aligned.
Spoke AI Beta Customers:
- There is now a specific API request for showing pre-call insights (insights that display about a caller before you pick up the call). Spoke Phone AI Beta customers and customers using Spoke Insights Data Actions who want to show pre-call insights that are different from on-call insights, can now use requestOrigin = spoke.precall.
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed a crash on iOS when the user accepts a call to record audio greetings, e.g., setting a personal voicemail greeting.
