We released a platform and app update today as part of gearing up for GA (General Availability) of CallHub. Users will not notice any changes when using the Spoke Phone App.
Spoke Phone Administrator Account Portal:
- Administrators can now set default/different call priorities on each phone number and team
- Note: Currently only available for now to customers participating in the CallHub Beta Program
Developer API:
- Include optional timezone attribute to parties attribute of Call type
- The attribute will be included only if the party is of type user
- Update Team Call Data Action to support setting call priority for team calls
Core Platform:
- Various bug fixes and improvements
