Added Functionality for Excluding Personal Phone Numbers in API Responses
A new version of the platform and Administrator Portal has been released with a new functionality to exclude (mask) employee personal mobile phone numbers on API responses.
When enabled, the following behaviour is expected:
- API responses for Calls, Directory, and Users resources will exclude employee personal mobile phone numbers
- Webhook call events will also exclude employee personal mobile phone numbers in the event payload
This setting can be turned on or off, by visiting your account portal under Other > Advanced > Other Settings
