A new version of the Spoke Phone desktop app (6.60.0) has been released with our Custom Form feature now available.
This Custom Form feature (previously only available in the mobile app), brings the ability to present and collect custom data during active phone calls, to the desktop app.

The latest version of the Spoke Phone desktop app (6.48.0) has been released with a fix for inverted scrolling when viewing SMS messages.

To help administrators diagnose potential problems with your network connectivity (e.g. ports, firewalls, etc.) that can interfere with VoIP calls on your network, Spoke has introduced a Network Connectivity Test.
The test can be run by any user at any time and reports the results in a simple way. Detailed logs are automatically sent to Spoke for diagnostics if tests fail.
We have released the latest version of the Spoke Phone desktop app (6.40.0) that has a new and improved SMS notification function.
SMS notifications are now displayed on the screen and direct users to unopened messages when clicked.
The Spoke Phone's desktop softphone has now been released to the wider Spoke Phone user community. The app is available for Mac and Windows devices and offers 100% feature-parity across all desktop and mobile devices.
