With the launch of Spoke's softphone for Windows and Mac computers, we're seeing a lot of different firewalls and network configurations that can interfere with your ability to make/take calls from your computer.
To help administrators diagnose potential problems with your network connectivity (e.g. ports, firewalls, etc.) that can interfere with VoIP calls on your network, Spoke has introduced a Network Connectivity Test.
The test can be run by any user at any time and reports the results in a simple way. Detailed logs are automatically sent to Spoke for diagnostics if tests fail.
