A new version of the app (6.59.1) has been released to address an issue affecting contacts on outbound calls when a contact is assigned on the Call Details page.
This bug is specific to instances where multiple CRM contacts share a phone number. When a call is made from that phone number, the Spoke Phone user can choose which contact to assign the call to from the Call Details page. However, a callback will then revert to the incorrect contact being selected.
This fix ensures that the contact assigned to that call stays as the assigned contact when a callback is made from that call record.
